Emma is an accomplished fundraiser with more than a decade of experience in the charitable sector. Prior to this, she served in the Metropolitan Police, where she held various roles, including frontline work as a Crime Scene Examiner, strategic crime analysis, and leading the Specialist Crime Prevention Unit. She lives in Hertfordshire with her family and is a keen (although not fast!) runner in her spare time.
