Refund/Returns Policy
Books.  The charity does not accept returns on books purchased on this website.
Artwork: If the customer is dissatisfied with the purchase, there is a period of 14 days in which to return it in its original, undamaged condition.  Subject to safe receipt of the undamaged product, a refund will be effected within 14 days.
